It’s odd to think of “the 90s-sitcom script plushed out to absurd and distressing dimensions” as not only a genre in itself, but one that’s at least ten years old now, having reached a certain sort of peak when two feuding Seinfeld-update Twitter accounts launched within a month of one another in early 2013.
