I am a baker. Sweetened condensed milk was not part of my experience growing up. I started using it for key lime pie. Then had it in Vietnamese iced coffee. And I keep discovering new uses for it. Which is not helpful.
And to think if I hadn't subscribed I would have never learned “If it’s slowly dispensed, that milk’s condensed! If it flows unabated, then that’s evaporated”. I am delighted to have this "clutter up my memory palace".
Sweetened condensed milk + saltines + tropical fruit is something that I really didn’t need to have brought to my attention. Thank you.
