Yeah, the only problem with this in the UK is that Second Halloween could have an ugly clash with War Christmas on/around 11 November. People could find themselves assailed by the Daily Mail for not including a prominent poppy on their Second Halloween costumes. So I propose that Second Halloween be on the *third* Friday of November
