I have absolutely dined at Classic Restaurant with my parents. Now I kind of want Danny's introduction to a Michelin-starred modern cuisine type restaurant, where everything is fresh and local, but also has been processed into forms most strange and wondrous through molecular gastronomy, and there are several ingredients on the menu that you can't pronounce and suspect might be fictional.
